I’d like to know what our current pipeline looks like with expected attrition after bonuses are paid this month.
Also generally any information about raises/bonuses that would increase transparency (average bonus, where our pool fell compared to prior years).

Agree with increased transparency on raises. Are these differentiating factors: Location, PC vs LH factor, Core vs Advisory?
