Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

It depends on location and transaction. If you look at a city and a good SPG comes in at 10K but a good Marriott at 45k you should use the Marriott points to get SPG
I've found a few great deals going SPG --> Marriott, but you should just identify your options for a trip and price them out - no need to transfer them ahead of time
As of right now you get much better value transferring SPG to Marriott. I believe they are transferring 1 SPG point to equal 3 Marriott points.
A Category 9 Marriott Property (highest Tier) is 45K a night, which is the equivalent to a mid-range SPG redemption
Are they not merging to one program?
Ideally yu would use the SPG points before you merge. It doesn't benefit you to transfer them, either way. 3:1 is not equitable for the current worth of SPG points
^^ does not include Ritz properties
Amen @BCG1
Transfer to Marriott. I booked a week at the ritz in Maui for October - equivalent of 20k spg a night.... can't really beat that.
No reason to transfer until you have a redemption in mind.
