How do different industry Strat ops levels correspond to Consulting YOE vs. Industry YOE needed to exit to that level? (I.e., manager requires 5 YOE in consulting or 8 YOE in industry). Am I thinking about this the right way?


My employment agreement was revised and I noticed in the non-compete section, it says I can’t work for another entity that is competitive with my current firm, aka another consulting firm, until 1 year after I leave.
