What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I’m thinking getting into b2c with lesser pay, however would help out in long term. Any suggestions here please? (Currently with 3.5 years as b2b PM, overall 8 YOE)
A coworker put me in contact with an agency that I have absolutely have no desire to work for. The company’s recruiter has reached out to set up an interview. Most graceful way to decline?

I work in education based HR, and I don't particularly want to go to high on the totem pole, but to be more competitive (I didn't start in HR), what certs (if any) do people suggest in public school HR? We get professional development days off, and I'd like to figure out what's best for this industry?
Any suggestions from other Education based HR folks?
What ATS are you currently utilizing and what are some pros of using it in terms of recruitment metrics?
Hi, new hr manager here. I have a bit of a situation at work lol an attorney has been making insensitive comments to our support staff, is generally distracting and over sociable and I’ve gotten some neg feedback about him. I spoke with him this morning and this afternoon, he went up to his legal assistant with the Amber Heard filter on Snap, started asking her what was wrong, she didn’t like being filmed, was upsetand ended up working from home the rest of the day. I’m not sure how to move fwd…

I work in an old school company that does not allow anyone to work remote except for management if necessary. Ever since the pandemic started, it’s been a regular day reporting to work and sitting in the office all day. Due to Covid, we decided it’s best to not meet in person but stay in our desk and talk via Teams/zoom. I am now struggling on finding a remote job because I don’t have any remote work experience. Any tips on how to get a remote job in HR?
Hi Everyone! Has anyone transition to Virtual Assistant after working in HR for a short period of time? Pros or Cons? Any Advice?
I’ve been unemployed since May of this year and have been applying for HR/people ops coordinator and recruiting coordinator roles with no luck. I’ve managed to stay positive until today after getting an email that after 3 rounds of interviews I didn’t get the job. Any recruiters out there hiring for remote or hybrid (nyc area) roles?
Looking for some insight into the recruiting process. If a req was taken down after I had an interview, does it mean the job was filled? From the moment the hiring manager makes a decision and tells the recruiter, what are next steps before the successful candidate is notified? Do you have to finalize an offer with the comp team?
Transition to HRBP - which Cert? I’ve got the time and experience (mostly) to sit for the PHR or SHRM-CP. What are your recommendations based on industry experience. Also note I’m pivoting from a program director role.
I’m an HR Generalist. My job is a mix of recruitment and Employee Relations. I find the recruitment aspect to be pretty enjoyable and stress free, but the Employee Relations aspect does often give me a lot of anxiety (I’m a very anxious person to begin with). Recently, it’s been worse because I have several ER cases currently that seem like they could be potentially turning into lawsuits. Do others in ER experience these anxieties? If so, how do you manage them?
I accepted another Job & have they are a drug-free workplace (fine with that). Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Alcohol? WHAT, it’s a holiday weekend!! Can anyone help explain what this is? Can I don’t drink?
Curious for some advice. By background check is clean but fingerprints show an arrest record. The arrest was no papered (no charges were even filed). I have a document stating such from the state Supreme Court. I am about to start this process for a new job and concerned since they require fingerprints. Should I send the document prior to the fingerprints or wait to see if it’s brought up?
