Anyone use Liberty Travel and have a good experience? I just received a sample 13 day itinerary in France and it's $11,599 a person. (I'm going on my honeymoon) I want to know if they are trustworthy.

No work travel in the immediate future on current engagement. AA Platinum Pro status going to expire if I don’t get $2,000 EQD’s by year-end. Think I’ll hit ~$1,200-$1,300 with personal travel. Worth spending $700-800 more to retain status by paying for full fare first class on 1-2 of my personal trips?
Anyone have any discount codes for hotels in London or recommendations? I'm HHonors gold and only need one more stay for Diamond. I also am silver elite on Marriott
Getting ready to do hard pull on credit report for mortgage application. My better half is in 700-719 range (lenders will take lower score between us). What do we think is the better option to increase her score—increase credit line at current credit card, apply for new credit card, or do nothing? Thanks in advance!
When it comes to airlines I go where I'm appreciated thus far JetBlue, Southwest, and Virgin America (now Alaska Air) have been my go to airlines. You couldn't pay me to get on United, Delta or US.
Lyft vs uber for rewards? Company politics removed, which has a better rewards system? Flying United not delta FYI and have enjoyed the $5 uber cash every 500 points
How many of you don't have an apartment and just alt travel or stay in your client city every weekend? Specifically any EY folks who do this? Wondering how easy it is to live like this on our policies
Didn’t make Marriott platinum last year but still a platinum this year...? I didn’t even make gold either because I left consulting. Is this an error?

Partners & Principals, If you have offers from couple of big-4 (Deloitte, PWC, EY and KPMG) & also mid tier such as RSM /Grant Thornton etc. What is your advice? It appears the starting salary/draw is a bit varied even with in the big-4 but it is my understanding overtime (3-5 years), most of them average out dont know about mid tear. is midtier better as they less overhead and more marketshare to grow? or even within big-4 is there one firm much better than the other comp & retirement wise
Reposting here: Are there any remote volunteering opportunities that allow me to utilize my tech skillset? I'd like to help out in a way where I'd provide the most value.

I know we have a commitment to the client and are expected to work as long as it takes to get the job done. But why don’t we write and sign contracts that are realistic? It feels like cheating

I don’t want to burn my bridges, but my dream agency contacted me after being at my new job for a month! I’m all for sticking it out, but this other opportunity allows for more creativity, closer to home, and most likely better pay. Anybody ever been in this position, and what did you do?

Anyone else seriously struggling with going back to the office? I’m going in three days a week and my mental health is… not great. I’m constantly miserable when there.
In a world of remote consulting work…. How long can the US maintain its high premium over European and, esp. developing market consulting? Both price tag to clients and significantly higher salaries for the people. I imagine may move faster at Big 4, etc. than MBB, but within MBB the huge cost and salary differentials feel… increasingly hard to maintain (even though I think the differential has actually gotten bigger, not smaller in the last two years). Thoughts?
Anyone know if what guidehouse senior consultant salary is like, specifically for Cyber? Not much info in glassdoor.

What type of self help strategies do individuals actually find helpful when you feel burn out or stuck in a rut? Any books, apps, meditation, podcasts, etc, others find helpful? I've done therapy and it has definitely helped this past year with covid and a marriage separation, starting to feel like I'm making progress and want to keep up the momentum. Looking to see what type of self help others find actually beneficial and would love to use that to help others stuck in burn out too

Should you send a thank you note to an interviewer after your interview? I was taught in college to do that, but I remember even then rarely getting a response. Is this one of those habits that's dying out?
