I guess ambassador status is pretty hit or miss. Mine has been incredible this year- super responsive and helpful
To be fair, I didn’t request the spreadsheet but was pretty surprised when I got it. My ambassador has been with Marriott for 25 years so I guess he knows his stuff lol
You can also call them and ask if they can give it to you! If you’re over 100 nights I find they are quite lenient
This right here. Call them. They will most likely give it to you. They did a ambassador program survey and I basically told them that they should fire the Marriott leadership and bring back SPGs because they have completely destroyed the ambassador program.
