Hi Fishes, I have received Offer Letter from LTI as a Specialist- Data Engineering but there is no mention of Joining Bonus. When I asked the HR, she said that LTI don't give JB for 90 Days Notice Period and this is their company policy. Is it true or the HR is just making stories to avoid giving the JB? Please suggest.
