First-year consultant at L.E.K. that just received an offer to join Bain Company for the same level. I know that Bain's reputation and scale is significantly better over the world, but I wonder if there are some negative aspects that would make me consider staying.
Do you guys think that they exist and staying at L.E.K. would be an option or it is a no-brainer?

I just went through LinkedIn and i figured out that mostly all of you are from either of IIM Ahmedabad, Banglore or Calcutta. It kinda demotivated me and have lost hope to even think that i can be a part of MBB someday as i am from tier 2 IIM.
