Travel Recommendations

Traveling to Italy next week. Recos for sim cards? Need data and calling. Have AT&T right now but I would prefer a local network in Italy if possible.

If you’re planning on getting a sim card at FCO, go with TIM instead of vodafone. 35 euros vs. 50/60.

A Tim Tourist SIM will run you about €30 for 15 gigs of data. Way better than the ridiculous rates US carriers charge https://prepaid-data-sim-card.fandom.com/wiki/Italy

If you can don’t get it at the airport if your flying into Rome. That was my mistake. Get it at the train station.

The catch about getting the SIM card is your phone needs to be unlocked. Usually that means you have to have a different phone. Unlocking your primary is impossible without screwing something up

Ok rich or going to be rich fishes. I need advice on a 9-5 job vs freelance. My partner is the primary earner makes 400k all in including bonuses. Has a pretty steady job. Puts in 50-60 hrs a week. I earn 145k all in at steady 9-5 job. My job is less demanding. Probably 20/30 hrs a week. My question is if I should go freelance and using his benefits open an LLC. I might earn half the ant but can write off some tax stuff and free up time to put my hands on other things like real estate etc. cont
