Just spoke to a United Rep - was told fully vaccinated individuals do not need a test

I’ve reached out to delta multiple times and all the reps say it’s fine without a test if fully vaccinated, but then I look at the requirements from the Portuguese websites themselves and they say we need the test if we don’t have EU certificate or are a country where they have reciprocal agreements. I am confused why they don’t have a reciprocal agreement with the US yet since the US would let their travelers come in without test if fully vaxxed.

I am flying delta and have reached out three times to their representative via the chat and all three confirmed that it’s fine to just show cdc card. Delta website also says that covid test is not required for those fully vaccinated. Which airline are you flying?
Not sure, maybe for peace of mind? But it definitely feels like the cdc card should be fine
I’ve been using the US Embassy site when traveling and seems like they should accept our vax cards but it’s not guaranteed so a backup test is recommended
