Wear boots, bring dress shoes, change in office. Literally everyone does this.
I wax my leather boots in the wintertime. It helps protect them from damage and being overly worn. Granted we get more rain than snow, but it snows occasionally
Dress boots or generally I wear Tingey overshoes or Swims galoshes. They are rubber covers that fit over your regular dress shoes to protect them from the elements.
What kind of work do you do that you still wear a suit to work?
Snow? Sounds terrible. Move somewhere with nicer weather
Where are you going?
Here are your options:
1) Bean boots
2) Dress shoes and just Uber/go somewhere without slush
3) Dress shoes with those weird plastic covers
4) Dress boots (I typically do this), especially if they have some form of waterproofing on them
Everyone understands, you won't be the only person dealing with the snow.
Yep! Client meetings. Not from a snowy spot so don’t want to invest in snow boots. May just wear some shoes that I don’t care for and change in the lobby
I use waterproof wax on work boots/chukkas
I have a black pair of Rockport Chukka boots that are waterproof - with a slight shine on it works great for nearly all purposes up here in the Northeast. Rockport also sells waterproof formal dress shoes, but when talking about snow and slush the ankle height is definitely nice on the boots.

Dress boots with vibram soles
