I love this advice. This is really how I have always tried to treat interiews and even first dates. I just treat it like its a normal conversation and then see what happens!
I highly agree with this! Remember that you're interviewing them to be your company as much as they're interviewing you to be their employee.
Very good advice! I know most interviews are intimidating. But that should not prevent us from showcasing what we have.
