Depends on the practice to department. Could you let me know which function with ecomm you're targeting ??

Any dept is okay. Brief about me, I am MBA

That is the problem you haven't set your goal, try to figure it out on which department and which role do you want to shift to work on it coz it will take time switching to product based industry as it is not a cup of tea and again it is not impossible, regarding the worth ofcourse it is coz you will find a much different career growth w.r.t service based industries which is totally worth the effort. So go for it.
Best of luck.

With that, I'm assuming you've relatively lesser number of years of work ex. Amazon and Flipkart are better suited when you move at program / project manager roles.

Currently I work for a mid-sized InsureTech that’s had 2 rounds of layoffs in the past 6 months. Salary is 100k, with no defined bonus. I have close to 4 years of PO experience. I am debating whether I want to leave since my boss is very chill and I have amazing WLB. Benefits are eh. 15 PTO days and healthcare premiums are okay. Should I jump ship? What could I be making at a bigger company? What types of companies are most stable right now?

Should I renege offer from MBB?

An MBA recent grad. I signed with MBB last year. However, I have always wanted to do tech PM. I couldn’t find PM job in Fall and just signed MBB offer I have. I recently got an FAANG offer. It’s PM function, hard to break in with consulting experience. I declined the new offer during interview stage and again after they gave me initial offer, but it is coming back with 80k more in annual compensation. It made me so torn!! Should I renege MBB offer?

Looking for thoughts and opinions about HR involvement in employee promotions. More specifically passing up an experienced employee for not having a college degree. We have an employee in our office, who applied for a promotion and despite having a degree, would be a perfect fit. Several supervisors recommended this employee for the position but HR denied the promotion for lack of a degree. I have a graduate degree and I still feel that experience is sometimes more valuable. Thoughts?

Graduating with PhD in comp neuro next year. I just did a week long internship at MBB to check out consulting, which I loved but ultimately will not be accepting my offer for life considerations (my wife also works at MBB and we have young children). It was amazing getting a sense of what the work actually comprises.

Are there any similar day-long or week-long internship programs for data science? Would love to test it out for a little bit to see what I like/dislike.

Hi all! I’m inclined on taking up the CIPM training and certification exam. I’m already a certified Data Protection Officer in the Philippines. I intend on skipping CIPP as it applies to the US and EU.

How difficult was the exam? Can you share your experience studying for the CIPM exam? Is it advisable to skip CIPP?

Many thanks in advance.

Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
