Have loved working at Trinity — have had great visibility to senior partners and high impact clients right out of undergrad & IMO the company has a great culture. An awesome place to start your career — message me if you want to chat!
Likewise- for me, the work culture at Trinity is the best aspect. There is a sense of camaraderie at the company that makes going to work enjoyable (or at least less miserable when you’re working late nights). Employees across all levels are friends inside and outside of work. I’ve only been working at the firm for the year, but some of these people have become some of my best friends
I'd take any of the first three (Trinity, CRA, or us). I've heard good things about all, and there is something to be said for a smaller company feel. I wouldn't work for IQVIA. I never hear anything good about their culture. Best I've heard is "it's not terrible". I'm also biased in terms of not loving their work product..
Thus, OP. You should make a decision on the company based on your understanding of the type of project work they do, and who you see yourself working with based on interview experience. :)

Definitely depends on the geography, group, and team. In consulting it may even vary by office and/or solution area.
