In general, how should you navigate multiple recruiters reaching out to you regarding different opportunities within the same (big) company?
Should you not ask/mention until they do? Has anyone every made it to the point of multiple offers from the same company for different roles w/o either team/recruiter/mgr knowing of the other?

Makes sense the H4 ead is a scam where women cook up fake resumes and take contractor jobs

There many jobs which H1 spouses can do. It will help support family. I request everybody think a bit broad minded and not limit their thoughts to IT jobs and fake resumes. It’s the job of the recruiter to scan and filter the resumes.
^ All murderers are human. It does not make all humans as murderers. If some of your acquaintance are faking resumes, you would not want you other acquaintance to suffer if they are not.

Thanks. I am a she and of course there is fraud at all levels, does not justify the scale of H4 fraud of blatantly cooking up resumes or creating positions for spouses. Both of which i know acquaintances doing
Wow OP so the onus is on the company and not on people who exploit tge system? There are multiple H1 jobs that have gone to EAD folks, how do you justify that? Isnt that jumping through hoops

Right thing to do. H1 is the most misused. At least this restriction will make it better for legit H1 applicants.
Half of southern indian population which was employed by body shoppers got their first job on fake resume in last decade and at start of this decade. This has slowed down since uscis started cracking on these fraudulent companies. Even today around 30-40 percent opt population gets first job through this route. But does that mean these people are not.smart or not able to deliver good work. Off course not. If every god damn client wants 5 yrs experience person with $45- 50 per hour rate you gonna get fake resumes. In fact I have seen fancy deck building consulting pampered once don't want to do tech grunt work. Clients have become more demanding now. They don't want fancy futuristic decks but actual working solution. Guess what where do you going to find folks willing to do technical work. It's the fakes with certificates to prove they know the technology and smart enough to deliver
Hey @Deloitte User 1, I have a top 20 MBA and an analytics degree aside from several years of experience and I am on an EAD. Hoops that could have been jumped due to skill have been jumped. Sweeping declarations that all EAD beneficiaries are incompetent and that they steal H1 jobs are empirically false. A lottery is governed solely by chance, if you didn’t already know.
Ok! So everyone agrees, visa scrutiny is a good thing long term and qualified spouses will get h1 so no need of dependent visa.

D1 is an so wrong if he thinks only H4EADs do that. What about H1s doing it? What about green cards doing that?...
I agree with @D1. With the new process of scrutinizing every h1 application, if the spouse is skilled they will get h1 easily.
SC1 - I am confused. Are you justifying that faking is fine since it is giving good results anyway ? What do you think a police should do if he catches a thief who says that he is doing it to feed his family (typical Indian movie heroes in 70's) ? Fakers are taking a job from someone illegally, period. I will be more happy to see an American with right skill is getting the job than fellow from my country with fake experience got the job..
Exactly! doesn’t change the fact that they commit fraud, it’s illegal and are embarrassment to the country.
I do know many people from south India have fake resumes to get contracting gigs and same goes for their spouses. But the problem is that with the shit they pull, legit people suffer
It won’t now I guess. It’s going to be a bit painful in the beginning but if you have a degree from a reputed American university, legit job and skill set you’ll be fine.
