I say I work in product management, but really all I do is understand the business requirements, tell them to developers, check what different developers are up to and facilitate their communication.

I know this is part of a PM role, but I don’t possess any strong technical knowledge or know any methodologies. My company does not follow any development methodologies as well, and just get things running “logically” and “agile”.

Over the past 9 months I’ve gotten in shape for the first time since high school. I work out every single day without fail. Right now my routine is 40 minutes on a rowing machine, 120 crunches and 40-60 bicep curls all at home. I usually supplement with a walk or other light exercise and stretching. Am I actually hurting my progress by not having rest days every week?
