Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

I was browsing industry strategy positions, just to get a feel of how to best set myself up for a solid exit. Exact verbiage from a job description: "At least 5 years’ experience in a top tier Strategy Consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Roland Berger, etc.)". I've browsed a few old threads and the top 5 strategy firms are KPMG, then Deloitte (which is more selective than Harvard), followed by MBB. Joking aside, I'm curious what the fishes consider the definitive list of "top tier" strategy?
