How’s your marriage? My spouse and I go through ups and downs but 2021 has been really tough. She has started sleeping in a separate room for 4+months. We are amicable but feels like we are already separated. We plan important goals but no warmth and affection. I have gone from self blame to self empowerment as it is frustrating. Tried many times to talk it out but I feel too much togetherness creates boredom and familiarity resulting in pushing us apart. How’s yours? I am 42M, 2 kids under 10.
