Chicago is a mess - name a red state that has rampant black on black murders. You can't. Why didn't Obama do this in the first place? And before the racism finger pointing comes out. Do your research about demographics and statistics.

OP - so all of the black representatives from Illinois have no power? The last president came from Chicago - but he had no power to not disenfranchise? My point is I'm tired of people not seeing that the reason Chicago is a mess is because of liberal policies. Same with Detroit and any other major metro.

I'm not saying it isn't dangerous but we don't address the systemic or historical issues and that's insultingly annoying.
