Tell me your stories. Why made you decide to choose a career that's different and creative? I'll start. I am an extrovert. I am not very keen of studying and that, ideally is the reason why engineering or medical was not my cup of tea. I chose Journalism and Mass Media. In the academics, we had multiple subjects and one of them was Writing for media. This was the beginning. This is where I thought I can be a writer. A Content Writer. Besides this, I am love Rhyming Words.

What is the typical YOE for C3B and C4 band?

I am offered C3B with 14 YOE, I was expecting C4.

I’m a mid level engineer and my team is overwhelmed. There’s more work than we can complete in the timelines that leadership/product has committed to, which is causing leadership to override technical decisions seemingly to meet those deadlines. An example would be routing all live traffic to a feature which was not fully tested, instead of waiting until testing is complete or having that change be dormant and the feature enabled later. Has anyone dealt with this type of issue?

Hi Creatives! mp4 help!

I'm trying to put an animation that is within a mockup on my portfolio site. Animation was created in Adobe XD then placed within a phone mockup in photoshop by using video timeline. Exported as "Render Video" and works perfectly fine when playing. My portfolio is on Squarespace, which doesn't support direct upload of mp4, I attempted to embed the javascript code, which doesn't look great. When adding an mp4 to a site what is the best way that you all have found?

I love that Biden defaulted to using statistics about COVID. There have been so many cases of people showing deaths being labeled as COVID that had nothing to do with the virus. Those numbers do NOT form a solid argument.
