Drafted 4th in 10 team .5 PPR. Bench is a little underwhelming, but solid starters. Went with upside bench players. Got offered Brady/Mixon for Allen/Robinson, but I think I like Robinson over Mixon even though Mixon is getting drafted higher, but let me know your thoughts.
Has anyone ever put in their 2-week notice while on the bench and got let go prior because... no work?
Up at 4am due to anxiety from being on the bench for 2 months. Questioning what’s wrong with me and why I’m having such a difficult time getting staffed in comparison to my peers.
Partner keeps you on the bench for a few weeks given a project is "starting immediately", but gives you an applause award - bribery?
Enough with the politics and racist shit, lets ask the real questions. What's everyone's bench, dead lift, back squat totals?
I rolled off a project 3 months ago. They keep reaching out and asking me to help onboard new teammates to give them historical knowledge (it’s a long-term project). Do I have to keep doing this? Or does it get to a point where I can say I don’t have the time and there must be someone more recent who can help?
When you match with someone really attractive on tinder on the day you roll off.....#thestruggle
Need advice for resigning while on bench. I already have a start date with the new employer. Should I do a traditional two week notice or give <=1 week notice instead? My goal is to not burn bridges, but I also don’t want to get let go on the spot since I have nothing to “wrap up” besides HR tasks. I’ve read on here that sometimes they will let you go day of and pay you out for two weeks but I don’t see why any firm would do that for somebody not currently performing billable work...
I'm 10lbs stronger on bench press when managers are in the gym, and 20lbs stronger when directors are there. Anyone?
Would you consider working as a contractor while on the bench with your current firm? 🤔 Unethical? Too risky?
What do you do when you're on the bench? Apparently I'm being picked up next week, but my team hasn't sent me any prep materials. I'm helping for 2-3 hrs per day, but the rest of the time......nada.
So as manager how do you deal when half your team is on bench and can’t find any other opportunities. Do you just go with flow and watch them go?
As a new joiner to the firm, how many weeks of bench time are considered ok ? And when should I start looking outside ?
Hi I have an offer for the role of Product Manager from Sapient. Can someone provide how's the work culture there ? Also, are these roles put on bench first, and then taken in for client projects ? Also, any thing to be aware of w.r.t. the pros and cons ? Thank you.
Client site girlfriend wants to continue after I roll off the project and start traveling elsewhere. I like her but worried about the new distance. Any of y'all been through this?
1st time on the bench in 3 years. Check out demand portal: "wtf is this shit?" No wonder everyone is unstaffed and getting the boot.
Is vaccine discrimination lurking at Kearney MEA? The company said that it won't be mandating vaccines. But a recent email from HR asked for every employee's vaccination status. Should unvaccinated consultants fear discrimination (can't travel, won't be staffed, will have low utilization, will be at risk)? Honest question for an open debate
I hate the city I live in but I love my agency. Since we’ve been wfh for months (and it looks like the rest of the year) I want to ask if I can continue to work remote so I can move somewhere I’m happy. Thoughts on how to approach management?
I recently had an interview with a Publicis agency and didn’t feel as if I was able to fully grasp the work/life culture or company culture as a whole. Anyone work there willing to give their thoughts on the overarching company?

How does the new rule impact on amendment? Big 4 has promotion typically every year and which require amendments. Do you think this will effect current H1 holder?
Is it bad to have basic salary less compared to flexible pay. If the basic is 30% of gross, it's a government rule to have basic as 40 - 50% of gross which the company is not following and not ready to change the structure. I heard the advantage as in hand salary will be more in that case. But what are the disadvantages of this.
How do you know when it’s time to throw in the towel and quit work and try to find something else? I haven’t been in my current position for long and am a new graduate but I feel terrible all the time but don’t want to admit that the last few years of my education/debt were all for nothing.
Anyone joining d on nov 1 or around that date?
Interviewed for Uber Strategy Manager- what a massive joke. Wouldn't tell me the comp on the first interview. Case studies are 3x the size of any other case study I've done for actual fortune 100 companies. And then interview with everyone and their mother, all who wax eloquent about my solutions. But then the last person gives me another case study to do. Towards the end, everyone and HR is giving me a verbal offer, telling me they're excited about me joining their team, I should join asap.
