Deloitte's offer is 7K more and in a cheaper area. Equal interest in both jobs, slight preference for Mercer for people + culture. Leaning towards Mercer because I graduate in Dec and can start in Jan vs having to wait until next summer for Deloitte + location (although higher COL)

I do actually feel like something happened in the past two or so weeks. There’s been a noticeable slowdown in recruiters reaching out and relevant new job posting activity. I don’t know if it was a slow beginning to Q2 or a sign of things to come. Time will tell. But if you try to make sure that you’re not personalizing it when the job market hits a speed bump or isn’t as active, it’ll help keep your vibe high.
