My go to is like romaine lettuce taco cups and I swap between chicken and shrimp. Also the cauliflower mash is pretty good they sell it in the frozen veg section.
I do the keto option with Green Chef. It's the only way this is possible for us! Very tasty meals. This week I'm having Korean Ground Beef Bowl, Creamy Chimichurri Chicken, and Moroccan Shrimp Bisque!
Ditch the keto diet..its too easy to overload on meat and saturated fats (cheeses). The mediterranean or plant-based diet is much better. Its not that hard and you can eat well and has been shown to be the best diet for longevity.

To each his own! I prefer keto bc there’s no way I will ever give up bacon and cheese. I do some sort of meat with zucchini noodles and sauce, wings and salad, or meat with cauliflower rice or mashed most nights. I also do bread less sandwiches and burgers a lot. You should look into noodle and rice alternatives is cauliflower isn’t for you. And low/no carb bread (out aisle, thin slim, cut the carb, and aldi has some too). Also look for chaffle and fathead dough recipes to your liking. There’s a lot of good snack food and mixes and products you can buy on amazon to make it work.
Bacon. A lot of eggs. My god, so many eggs. A ton of cheese as well. Steak and asparagus. It sounds tasty and easy when you list these out but it’s difficult.
Treat yourself to a lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger and good luck.
Almond crackers with cheese and eggs for breakfast, and chicken on my salad for lunch, and protein for dinner with veggies. Peanut butter for snacks. I lost a lot of weight on it.

Just eat less or more foods with fibre. Then you won’t need to eat so much damn rice. The issue likely isn’t eating rice but your huge portion sizes
I’m writing this as I eat my 3rd ice cream sandwich of the day, but yeah, I lived on lentil soup and plain yogurt last winter as part of keto and lost a ton of weight.
