NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Real talk - FDD peeps try so hard to be in the advisory bucket, but the fact of the matter is that they are glorified auditors. They talk as though they are underwriting the deals they work on, but they don’t fool anybody.
I don’t know what aspect of Strategy your option is, but that option most likely has its feet firmly planted within the advisory/consulting sphere and would have more interesting opportunities moving forward.

Are both the FDD and the strategy offer within KPMG or other firms? FDD if you want to stick in the accounting and maybe transition into finance. Strategy if you want to work more on big picture ideas and touch on the operations of a company.
FDD to other finance jobs aren’t as common as people play it out to be and most aren’t the BB IB, PE/VC, blue chip Corp dev jobs that everyone aims for. Those are very compatible as other people work IB and MC experience are also trying to get, so FDD people are usually left with the middle market roles, unless they have another intermediate step like an mba.

Strategy. It will pay more and will offer better paying exits ops.
Depends what you want to do after. For kpmg, id go FDD, it’s by far their best practice
Exit ops from strategy would land you more in biz ops, strategy, etc at a company. FDD will land you in banking, strat fin, (maybe) Corp dev, fp&a. Here’s the thing - kpmg strategy is not well regarded AT ALL
Strategy is better 100% but do your own research and don’t take my word for it
Could you elaborate a bit on why? And do you have experience in FDD as well to be able to make that decision?
Which strategy job is that?
