Trying to compare parental leave benefits across different accounting firms and how long you have to work before getting parental leave. (EY offers 4 months paid after 1 year of employment). Answers from other big 4 and regional firms would be much appreciated!

EY also let’s you tack on an additional 3-4 vacation time at the tail end of your leave, making it about 5 months

After day 1 of employment, Deloitte offers about 16 weeks paid. You do not have to meet a minimum year of work.

I feel like there are various threads on this topic. Is there a search function you can use to look up this data?
