4th year senior? Isn't that a very long time to be a senior?
I have always heard you should stay til manager because then practically every opportunity is open to you when you leave.
Stay in as long as you like the job. Exit opportunities will only get better.
@EY1, I'm hoping OP means 4 total years at the firm, currently a senior.
Manager for sure, better exit opportunities and higher level positions
Please don't go
Stay
Yes EY1 I've been at the firm for 4 years.

It all depends. If you've got 6+ years experience, you can likely jump into an external manager position. Companies will be more focused on your overall experience than your title at Big 4. Title is just a name. The hiring personnel at companies are informed enough to make a decision on you based on experience irrespective of your title.
I'm wrapping my 4th year as well. I think one more busy season is probably worthwhile. Unless you are absolutely miserable
If you're staying one more busy season, why wouldn't you just stick around a few more months for the manager title. Assuming Deloitte promotes to manager after 5 years.
