Trying to decide on an offer ~140k at a boutique consulting firm - not sure if it’s worth the switch from a big 4. Thoughts?

Anyone hear work as a data scientist at KPMG Lighthouse in Canada? What kind of work do you do - is it technical or more strategy based?
I’ve received a full-time offer from them and another big-4 for a more engineering based job, and I’ve got a week to decide. KPMG decided to omit the salary (due to Covid), so if anyone has salary insights for a new hire, undergrad, in Canada, that would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

I’ve been approached my by company (software) that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

VP of Corp Dev, remote, answering to COO and CEO. The role requires building (hiring a team) and building out playbook, procedures, processes, controls, from deal sourcing, through close and through execution (so soup to nuts in charge of all corp dev). Also, executing multiple $100M deals nationally and internationally.

Got promoted this year. Offer in hand. Waiting for oct 1 effective date to put in notice. I.... cannot..... wait.
