Trying to decide which European city to visit the first week of March. Hoping for some warmer climates and was originally thinking Greece but open to other suggestions?

Porto, Portugal

Second Porto. My wife and I spent a week there about 18 months ago. It was supposed to be just two days, but we just couldn't leave. Absolutely in my Top 3 favorite cities in Europe. The food, the museums, the vibe, everything about it. Just... Awesome. 🙂👍🏾

Following because I’ve been weighing Greece and Portugal/Spain too haha. But for Aug/Sept

like

Make it September. All of Europe is on holiday during the month of August. Expect crowds and higher prices if you really want to travel in Europe during that month. 😒

It depends on what you want to do. The weather in Greece will be nice. Croatia is another one to add to the list of possibilities. Last year my wife and I rented a car with no plans and drove through Croatia,Bosnia,Slovenia and Hungary.

I am not European, but lived in Europe for a bit.
Small cities in Italy are hard to beat. Ex. Assisi, Montepulciano, Bassano Del Grappa (colder climate).
