Hi ladies!
I have my video interview with Liberty Mutual tomorrow for a licensed customer service role. Oddly, this morning I get an invitation to interview with Farmers for a claims customer service associate. I know the salary for the LM role, but not the Farmers role. Does anyone have experience with either? They are both great companies and I want to make sure I’m planting my feet with the right one. Thank you!Liberty Mutual Insurance Farmers Insurance Group
Looking for some specific info on Short Term Disability eligibility at EY. I would like to accept an offer, but won’t be eligible for 16-wk parental leave before 1 yr of tenure. This is an important detail for me since I am expecting this year. I have received in email that for parents who have a child *before* 1 year, that they are eligible for STD after 3 mnths at 100% for 6 weeks (+3weeks of approved PTO). is there fine print that pregnancy is a ‘pre-existing condition’ and I’d be denied?

Senior AM here. Cleveland area. 17 years experience. Salary right around 90k. Just got there.
That sounds low but its difficult to verify without more details. I live in Minnesota and ranges for AMs (that can be the lead service person on an account) can run $65k-95k+ depending on type and size of client. I would have guessed Bay Area to be at least 30% higher than us? Might be worth doing some checking into your local job market.
AMs (as the lead service person on account) range from $65-$90k here in Indianapolis. Company is based out of San Francisco.
I’m at 72k too in Chicago and feeling very underpaid. As I’ve been interviewing the only way to get up to around 90k is being a “senior AM”

I’m working in SoCal. I am a personal lines account manager. I am going on 6 years of experience. My current pay is $53k and I definitely feel that I am underpaid especially due to the amount of work I do and stress I take on for the company. Very high pace position.
I’m a brand new employee of the company my previous employer I worked for over 5years. And then once I obtained my new position I started March 24th but then two months into the job my boss sold the company to a larger corp. which began 06/01/22.
