Firm has applied for my GC but i dont have an approved i140 yet. My GC application and my home office location is in state X. And i’m planning to move to a state Y which is under 50 miles from my old home location. So my question is, if I change the states but the new location is under 50 miles will that be a problem for my green card application? I am planning to email the immigration lawyers but wanted to see if anybody has done something similar and share experiences

Dear fishes, please help. I joined hcl 10 days back. After joining neither the recruiter, her manager nor my reporting manager took my call during medical emergency. Some how I managed cashless mediclaim by pushing TPA but had to pay 50% of the total due to bad medical policy of HCL. Should I resign or abscond hcl and join some other company ?

Thoughts on The Creative Circus?

Is it normal for one's creative output to rely on mood? When I'm in a happy, playful, encouraged mood, things seem to flow. But when I start having doubts and burnout, my brain feels numb. Is this normal for a junior?
