Is $350K- 360K in range for AWS L6 BD position? Work location could be HQ2 (Arlington) or Seattle. I will be working on a specific AWS service. I tried checking on Levels but there does not seem to be enough data for non-tech/non-SDM roles.

I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing. Here my manger is confusing me like layoff will after u join in IBM.. but I am in cts as 11.2 only .. but now I got SA promotion with 10 % hike .. and also no retnation for me also not there whether I can choose IBM or stay here .. kindly help guys .

On H-1B and I told my current employer today that I would be resigning to join a new employer. Current employer would like to give me a counter offer.
1. Is it okay to reveal the numbers to my current employer?
2. If my current employer matches, can I take that offer to my new employer?
3. If new employer matches the counter, will that involve having to re-apply for H-1B with the updated salary?

How do you ask (as a candidate) about salary without coming off as if you’re only in it for the money? I hate that salary ranges are not required in listings (good on NY for that).
