Has anyone used SkyLux to book personal travel?
I’m speaking with a Microsoft HM next week about a leadership role (L65 / L66 ?) and would like to understand what qualities they look for from their managing PM leaders? Could someone offer me some insights ? I have SOME of the product domain experience they’re seeking… so I was a little surprised the HM still wanted to speak.

I made the switch. Took <1yr of tenure cut but base went up by >15%. Bonus expected to be >8x previous gig so do it
