Does it bother you when someone you care about won't let you treat them (like on special occasions such as birthdays and stuff)? I don't know why it's upsetting me so much, and I'm trying to figure out what the root of my issue is. I'm getting overly emotional about it. It makes me feel like I'm making it about me vs. them, which is not what I want to do at all. On the contrary, I want them to enjoy whatever I treat them to, but this is all backfiring because I can't control my emotions.

Spent an entire day in-person for year end GTM all hands. Flew in for an agendaless day of Q&A with a partner who effectively ghosted an entire room of people. 🤦🏻‍♂️

One shining light - we had a Director who stepped up and spoke his mind with candor and authenticity - the real leaders in GTM are DIRs!

I am collecting my own thoughts and formalizing how to give my constructive feedback.

We should probably rent it, gain a little monthly cash, and let the asset grow even more. Is RE equity building overrated? I have been doing deep analysis only to find out that bank mortgage interest makes a deep cut into whatever equity I think I am building by renting out properties. This is despite having the1% rent wrt property values. Is appreciation what makes this worth for investors? How do I all calculate break even ?

Hi all, looking to buy a fourplex in Austin TX. Off market they will accept $625k “as is”. My only financing option is fha it seems since I don’t have 15% down. Current rents are $4300. It’s in south Austin part of 78704 but a really bad street. My thoughts are it’ll gentrify and I’ll condo regime it. Any major concerns, am I buying at the peak?
