Anyone working in HCL technologies as a DevOps Engineer ? Just wanted to confirm whether it's a normal process of conducting client interviews until someone is officially tagged to the project .

I have recently joined HCL technologies and they said I was hired for a client before joining and after joining they are repeatedly conducting interviews with the same client .

I am in the last stages of an interview process and I really fucked up a 15-min talk with some on the team. I’ve already spoken with two collegues and it went very well, but this one I totally blew because I stuttered, was super nervous and could not answer the questions properly. Considering that I’m probably not a favourite for this one guy, what do you think my chances are for landing the job? Can I do something to “save” the situation?

Had the weirdest interview ever. 10 min tech interview with no qns. 35 mins HR interview and collected all my docs and then ghosted me. On contacting they said no with no feedback.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

Had PDM round and discussion was good. Now HR called and said, she will negotiate on top of it and it’s with HR to decide what should be offered. Please suggest what should I do, as I haven’t seen this in IBM and it’s usually finalized during PDM round. HR is offering way less then what I had discussed during PDM

Is there an internal talent acquisition team at MBB that goes through LinkedIn and seek potential candidates?
