Reapply to KPMG and all the other jobs you want. Nobody cares how many times you get rejected, but everyone is impressed by the one time you’re accepted.
Why did you regret the move from Acn to D, if you don’t mind me asking?
Why do you not like D?
I’ve always found it to be like a club; you’re either in or not. People help who they want to help, don’t care about the rest. I clearly fall into the latter category.
Doesn't KPMG know that Deloitte is harder to get into than Harvard???
@DD1 maybe because you're in the club...
Can you go back to ACN?
Lol OP, that’s ACN as well, the cultures are almost identical
Hell yea we are. Tech ftw
Lol came from Accenture as well and the culture is practically identical. It's a people problem not a company problem
@Pwc 1 I’ve looked but haven’t found any applicable positions open. Maybe I should just go back to my contacts there....
@technology consultant 1 i think everyone def has different experiences. I found the people at ACN to be so much more down to earth and approachable.
What skills do you have that you can market (tech-focused or otherwise)?
If you’ve disliked two firms enough to leave maybe it’s time to try something new
Op.. What service area? Happy to give you a hand up and help.
OP, we have an amazing culture at KPMG but it doesn’t sound like you’re a good fit. Try to make it work at D. Think what your reasons were for leaving Accenture. Focus on that. Reapply when you’ve got some miles under your belt.
To the user who said keep applying to KPMG, lol we have a handful of HR resources. If you get labeled then you’re pretty much done. (MC specific)
Complete opposite experience at D and only know people who would help anyone who asks for it, def not a club
@Deloitte 1 - I’m in human capital
@EY2 def not in the club, experienced hire, not from target school, first generation immigrant
What’s your skill ?, what are you famous for ?
