There are countless websites and portals dedicated to matching volunteers with suitable opportunities. It’s usually a simple case of registering as a volunteer and searching for opportunities using certain keywords (e.g. UX/UI design, web design, research) and location criteria.
Here’s a round-up of the best websites for UX volunteering opportunities.

Stay. 10k is marginal

You need to sign up for Uber and DoorDash if you ever want to retire.
Since money is your sole motivation since that’s all you mentioned... 10k is nothing
Stay for sure. 10k is less than a 10% bump. Unless the offer has much better WLB or is of more interest, the money alone isn’t worth it
Are you realistically going to hit the next level at D if you stay, or will you end up in a similar position with less leverage a little ways down the road?
So you’re on track for another, maybe, in two years, right? I’d evaluate if you have similar advancement opportunities in the same timeframe in new place, and whether you’ll work less.

I’d consider it after doing more research. 20k is 20k. Of course I didn’t get shit this year from D so there may be some bias in there.
It really depends on where the offer is from...
10k raise translates to something like an extra $250 a month after everything is said and done. Plus there’s new-job-burnout often. Money isn’t worth it. What else should be considered?
Doesn’t change the point, yes there are a few factors that determine where you land between 250 and 500.
Too low, don’t leave. Maybe ask your partner to match?
10k isn’t worth learning a new company, culture, and restarting benefits accrual.
With Deloitte in particular, 1 more year will vest more than 10k in pension alone. You’d probably have to work 2-3 years at the new company just to be vesting similar amounts. Potentially leaving 20-30k of pension on the table for a 10k raise.
