I was in notice period for last 2 months in Nagarro.For last month they kept the complete Salary on hold as the seperation Guidelines mentioned. But paid a small amount of salary for this month. I had offer from Accenture and didn't join them after 90 days in March, now in April end I got one email from Accenture Hr asking about reason for offer declined and saying happy to onboard you in future.

Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?
What salary range can be expected as PO at Maersk HQ in Copenhagen? I was thinking of demanding the following but I’m not sure how realistic for a remote principle role this is
Base: $240k
Cash Bonus: $110k
Signing Bonus: $150k
RSU: 9,100 shares ($1m PV) in (50/20/15/15)
Does this seem possible?
Internal promotion pay bumps will never be that high. I was on 115 as a sr manager and got to 135 as a director - then moved to equivalent role in other company as director and got to 200k base. Move companies if you want the pay you deserve,
One way would be to get an offer from another company as leverage during your salary negotiation

Directors in my area make 200k minimum base and around 20-45% bonus. If you are able to get an offer in hand it would show the demand for your role (potentially).
