If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? While I am in the office, I don’t always get the billable amount since I don’t have enough work. Seems like a waste of time to enter non-billable time just to fill in the gap but I also don’t want them to think I am not there and slacking off.

I used to take propranolol 20mg few years ago and felt mostly fine. Only side effect I got was feeling a bit tired and groggy. I took 10mg today for an interview, and it used to help back in the day, but now I feel so spaced out. I feel dizzy and tired and like a headache is coming on. I’m on 150mg of Zoloft now which has helped with overall anxiety. Anyone else feel this way from propranolol? I feel like I’m better off without it for interviews.

I’m currently at a director level of a large research program in academia and oversee operations. Prior to that I was a clinical research coordinator with extensive trial experience from study startup-close out. I’m not sure what level would be a good transition step and open to new roles/opportunities as well.

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? I want the title and the money owed which may be about $15000- 20000.
