Hi Fishes,
I recently got an offer for Cyber security advisory at PwC India . They gave a 20% hike on the current amount. Thing is that l, the technical interview told me that it is not a software/coding type of position and asked me multiple times if I was interested to do that. Is that a red flag?

Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

Skills to the top, take out year you graduated. List courses under one section instead of listing course, course, course. Also, list what is relevant to the position you're applying to. If some of these experiences, courses aren't relevant to the position, industry take them out. Change your first bullet point under the wag and other one. The first bullet point needs to be strong. And surveying people isn't as strong to me, it might be important but you have other bullets points that are stronger. Think of what will make you standout. Recruiters skim at a resume for 6 seconds; make their job easier by grabbing their attention right away.
Great feedback here
can you give “store manager” a different name so it seems more relevant to the position? Otherwise, i might consider taking it out or at least putting more product manager related things at top. For instance, if you can leave your resume as is but add an additional “Product Manager Experience Highlights” section to showcase your most impressive Product Manager accomplishments
You experience is awesome and valuable- I just want to make sure you are marketing yourself in the best way. All the luck to you😊
I always put skills at the top, education last.
Any advice on what to change?*
I would move your skills section up on your resume. Have you had a professional resume writer look at your resume??
Can’t read it’s all fuzzy
