HIIT Workout is an app with a red icon and a heart in the middle of it. Free, super basic app that I use at home all the time! It works really nicely to stream it to your tv if you can and play music in the background. Even just 20 minutes kicks my butt on this app!

I read somewhere a maker of workout apps was giving them for free due to the virus. One of the apps is down dog for yoga but they ha e a bunch all are home friendly. Also Nike training app - you can set your level of equipment from none to full gym!

Kettlebells - You can get a pretty decent HIIT and resistance workout with one or two kettlebells
Depending on your floor (wood, stone, carpet) you could consider foam matting, that interlocks like puzzle pieces. Soft and cushions falling weights
