Cousin’s husband (bread winner for the family) got a brain stroke and collapsed. Thankfully alive but not in responsive state, recovery is months away. Cousin has no idea on family finances (bank accounts, shares that have liquid money). Phone passcodes, laptop passcodes are unknown too. He has deliberately kept these details away from her. Now what are her options, there are quite a few hospital expenses . <they are in India btw>
