My spouse got an offer from a German company with a package of 75k euro. My current company is ready to relocate me over there. Any idea if I can negotiate my Germany salary with my current employer or I have to agree to whatever they are paying?

Our general targets are 75% util. Billable or qualified non-billable time. Bonuses will be $1000 per quarter just meeting that. $25/ hr for every billable hour beyond that on top.

Need some advise! When I get asked what salary range a role is, I honestly don’t know how to answer. How we hire is based upon the interview process and tech screen. I’ve been telling candidates “the starting base for this role is x but is dependent on the interview” obviously they think what I’ve provided is what they’ll get. I resigned from my current org on 28th Sep and it got accepted on 29th Sep and I got salary for September as on 30th Sep.
I am supposed to serve a notice period of 2 month out of which october has passed and I haven't received October salary yet. When I questioned they HR said that salary for the month of resignation will be paid (which was September as per them) and for remaining period it will be withheld an shall be paid with FnF.
