Hello, I need advice on salary negotiations at my current employer. Got offered a HR management role @ $62k a year. The average salary in SLC is $73k. Someone less than 1 year of experience earns $69k. I’m also PHR certified and have 5+ years of progressive experience in all functions of HR. Background- In quarantine I’ve been intermittent fasting &calorie counting for a few months, and still working out in the mornings. Does anyone actually wake up refreshed and if so can you share your secrets? It doesn’t matter how much or how little sleep I get I wake up feeling like I got hit by a train. I run 3-4x per week and have lost ~20lbs in the past few months so I should be getting enough vitamin D and have a healthy diet. Don’t drink coffee or other caffeine (unless herbal tea on occasion counts). I wear an eye mask to block out light. Tried melatonin but it gave me nightmares. I feel like I’m losing hope on sleep

Does anyone have recommendations on a good diet to follow? Here's some info: I've been doing HIIT and metabolic strength training classes 3-4 times per week, also have field hockey one day a week. Try to eat healthy with chicken meals, not many carbs, fruits, shakes...but am not seeing huge results yet (it's been 2-3 months so far). I feel better and see some difference in my lower half but my upper half is what I want to slim down!

I've never done a spin class but everyone I know loves their Peloton. Should I go ahead and get a peloton bike (I don't have a bike or treadmill or anything yet) or should I get a rowing machine for a more full body workout (I can generally afford either, luckily)? Is it worth it to start with the peloton app without actually buying the peloton yet?
For context I have enjoyed otf and Zumba and that kind of thing, I am not a runner and I am looking to have a better fitness routine at home
