Two questions about SCRUM master training: Is this a skill where, if listed on your resume, a certification is expected? Which SCRUM master certification is most widely accepted/respected?

I am a full time Scrum Master currently with three Scrum certifications. First: Scrum is a proper noun and not an acronym so don’t capitalize every letter or people will think you aren’t familiar with the framework. To answer your questions: My understanding is that Scrum Alliance training (CSM) is generally more popular than Scrum.org PSM, but that’s based on my company and experience and not independent data. In my experience Certification is expected, but any interview is going to require working knowledge and experience.

Thanks. I think I'll pursue the CSM one.
