Hi Dear Fishes, 😔 I feel sad. I've been skinny shamed all my life, i went to a gym today for membership and a guy pointing the bench press said "tu isey uthayega ya ye tujhe" felt so humiliating. I really wanna improve my body and bulk up but scared to face the gym, and such people. If you have any suggestions for me please comment. Gym is useless if you don't get enough sleep^^
As E1 said, up to you. I still eat healthy and go to the gym unless I'm working 18hr days, that's my limit of skipping gym. But I'll skip sleep for gym

@P2 gym isn't as effective with less sleep, but not useless - still get protein synthesis from activity, and can refuel, just the total sleep fixing isn't there, but it's way better than not going!!
