The rest varies can be 1-10 years each And often diverges with superfluous titles like SVP, head of data, EVP, global client lead etc.

Starcom1 is right. Even the best supes need at least 1.75 yrs exp before being promoted. The fastest years are at the assistant/associate/planner levels. Only if you're that good.
I'd say Supe is more like 2-3. I don't know anyone who gets promoted after a year as a Manager unless they were experienced Manager hire
Tend to agree with supe notes above, but there are rock stars that move faster, but shouldn't be expected. I've seen it happen alot to people that get promoted to supe late that were virtually doing supe work before promotion
Also starcom is much different than other agencies, most supes at non starcom agencies managed assistants as planners. So most supes in the industry are experienced managers and a starcom supe is ~ same as a planner everywhere else.
Also agree with Director1. I always hear that and hear it from people that came from Starcom.
