We had a cost of labor increase so the raise ended up being 14% from a1 to a2. Results not typical and only happens out of necessity when staff have to choose between paying rent and eating not ramen 🍲🍜

My first year raise was 11.5%
Depends on which group you are in
Usual year 7-10 promotion year 10-18
12% to staff 2 here
Is that initial 3-6% a joke?!
Nope. I know people who've sucked get 2-3%. Avg performing staff with all 3's for scorecards usually 5-7%. Depends on your city.
