Uber driver took the belt parkway instead of van wyck after I asked him to take the van wyck.. he said the other way was quicker, was suppose to be at my destination at 12:18 & still not. One star?

He went all the way from JFK to 495 on 678 then turned around to go back to belt. We hadn't ran into any construction $225 UberX ride from JFK to manhatten! I wish you could post pics in here 😡

I have taken belt parkway before from downtown, it wasn't this bad

1 star! Why do you guys always give the terrible drivers and average rating? This does not sound like average performance!

Uber tends to treat 3 like it is a rating of 1. I have gotten refunds and been contacted by Uber support every time I rate a 3. I usually leave a comment, maybe that is also why. I don't want to be responsible for ppl losing their livelihood unless they are negligent, on drugs, or grossly horrendous drivers.
