Smoke a lil weed. My outlook is 1000000x better after a hard day when I take a hit or two.
Something yummy (but healthy!) for dinner, a warm bath (bonus points for bubbles!), and early to bed on clean, fresh sheets. I always feel better when I sleep on clean sheets. If it’s chilly where you are, throw your bed pillows in the dryer to warm them up and then stuff then under the top sheet of your bed for a few minutes to get your bed all cozy before you get in.

I also started taking CBD (no THC) gummies to help with sleep and stress.
^^ Since I became a mom and essentially working a “double shift” constantly (wine is out since I can’t afford to be tipsy or dehydrated; anyway down time from work is spent on baby and any escape from baby is spent working), the nice dinner (take out from some stupidly expensive but healthy), good tea, bath and giving myself a foot/leg rub are my favorite things!

I go to the movies by myself, get a tub of popcorn bigger than my head, and douse it in “butter.” Then wash it down with a Diet Coke as big as the popcorn tub

I had a similar day. Went out for drinks with a friend. Now instead of studying for the GMAT I’m at home eating Halloween candy alone and trying not to just throw in the towel and roll off my project. My SMs are making me livid and I want nothing more than to email them that I’m done.
Hang in there! I also ended up eating too much Halloween candy last night and things seemed to look a bit better today. Hoping there are better days!
