I can answer the second part of your question . I recommend for you to be submitted as a referral for each specific role within a company . Otherwise, your referral may not be visible if the job requisition is not managed by the same Recruiter.

I would not have multiple referrals for the same company & would only apply to one position per company
That seems like a lot of applications. Your time might be better spent networking for the smaller set of jobs you’re truly a fit for / interested in
